Raising awareness AND funds!

We Are Not Professionals

Although, we have a passion for, advocate for, and follow regimes for mental health, we are not practicing in any mental health fields. We do offer spaces throughout our page to vent and be heard, and even provide a free month of therapy through our initiative called Man of the month.

Our goal is simply to provide resources, cost efficient therapy, normalize discussing mental health, and information hoping they guide you to what you need; while showing you there is always a safe space to express emotion and work towards a healthier you.

If you are in crisis, worried about you, or someone else’s well being, please do not hesitate to reach out to EXPERTS.

For mor information see our RESOURCES and CLARITY page!

About Us

My two passions are making sure people feel seen and advocating for the voiceless. While, living abroad for the last two years it has become clear that no matter the culture, language or generation, the conversation around mental health wildly neglects men! In a pursuit to actively be better, I questioned how do we reduce the suicide rate among men? Well, by STOPPING the stigma and STARTING a discussion!

Let’s start small! A brand with a message not only allows people to proudly advocate for men’s mental health but continue the conversation by sharing the scannable QR code on every piece!

A portion of every sale will be collected for donation and the remainder of revenue will be put towards sponsorship. Our annual donation of funds will go towards foundations fighting to improve mental health resources, rhetoric, and accessibility. The rest will ensure that our Man of The Month initiative continues to sponsor a man as he steps into therapy, cost free.

But let’s dream big! While we are working hard to stop stigma today, we are also planning for a better tomorrow. The goal is to start a nonprofit to improve emotional intelligence in children and promote more empowered, supportive, generous, and aware adults!

Let’s normalize discussing emotional intelligence and make resources more accessible from the start.

Let’s be honest… Our men are dying

CLICK the orange words below for more information on each quote

Men die by suicide 3.5x more … than women. Depression, when left untreated, can in some cases reach a crisis point of suicidal contemplation. With so few men reaching out for help or support, and instead suffering in silence, this may be one reason why men face a higher suicide rate.

MindWise

Men are 50% more likely than women to die of heart disease.

Harvard Health

Testicular cancer is the #1 cancer among young men. Yet 62% of those who are most at risk don't know how to check themselves.

Movember

Males represent 25% of individuals with anorexia nervosa, and they are at a higher risk of dying, in part because they are often diagnosed later since many people assume males don’t have eating disorders.
